Technically, I wasn’t tagged to do this tag but I wanted to do something fun and different today. I’ve been wanting to do a book tag for some time. The tag is originally from Ayunda @ Tea and Paperbacks.
Here we go!
1) Reading on the couch or On the bed?
On my bed. I hardly ever read anywhere else.
2) Male main character or Female main character?
To be honest, I don’t really have a preference. I have books that I love where there is a male protagonist. But to be real, I think I can connect better with female main character. Unless these female protagonist is annoying then you can forget about it.
3) Sweet snacks or Salty snacks when reading?
I don’t really snack while reading. I don’t snack too much in general. But if I was going to have something, it would be like a ‘fun size’ packet of candy or some fruit.
4) Trilogies or Quartets?
I DON’T CARE. More the merrier. I like stories that last longer than one book so I like anything that comes in a series. I don’t care how many books there are!
5) First-person POV or Third-person POV?
Some of my favorite books are third-person points of view, but I don’t hate books told in first-person. I think it is all about the story and how it’s supposed to be told.
6) Reading at night or in the morning?
I’m a night owl. So no morning reading for this girl.
7) Libraries or Bookstores?
I have to admit, I haven’t been to my local library in AGES! I think it has to be at least 10 years or so. I keep saying that I’m going to stop by every time I pass by it but I never do. When I want to read a book, I want to own it. I guess that’s why I usually just go to a bookstore.
8) Books that make you laugh or Make you cry?
I’m not a very emotional person but for some reason, I cry more while reading than I do about real life things. So I like it when books make me cry because it lets me know that I’m human. But books that make me laugh are also good.
9) Black book covers or White book covers?
If it’s pretty, who cares?
10) Character-driven or Plot-driven stories?
I enjoy a good plot-driven story. But character-driven is also very exciting. I like to see a character’s growth throughout the story.
So there you go!
**I am declaring this as an open tag. Anyone reading this can answer these questions. Let me know in the comments how you would answer some of these questions.
