Happy first of March! I feel like these past two months flew by so quickly. I guess when you get older, the months don’t tick by as slow as they used to. March will be a busy month for me. I want to get my blog back running smoothly and I have a VERY long To Be Read list.
I didn’t read as much this month as I would have wanted to. I feel like I say that often but if it was up to me, I could read all day and forget about everything else I need to get done. Prioritizing is on my to-do list this month. I bought a planner and everything. Hopefully, I can get it together within the 31 days of March (but I doubt it..).
Enough rambling, let’s get to the books I read in the last two months. They are all linked to their Goodreads page.
An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson | 4.5/5
This book was gorgeous. It had all my favorite elements: faeries, romance, and great characters. I’d recommend it to fans of A Court of Thorns and Roses. Plus, how beautiful is that cover?!
Lord of Shadows (The Dark Artifices, #2) by Cassandra Clare | 5/5
I could kick myself for waiting a whole year to read this book. Holy smokes, I can’t wait for the next one. There’s nothing more than I love than the Shadowhunter world, so to jump back in was incredible. This was probably my favorite read so far this year.
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern | 4/5
Brilliant. That is all I have to say about this one. It was absolutely brilliant.
House of Furies (House of Furies, #1) by Madeleine Roux | 3/5
Great idea, but it fell short for me. It was still a good read but its not one of my favorites. I’ll be posting a review about House of Furies next week.
Let me know what books you’ve read last month in the comments. I’d love to hear from you guys!
